Financial Support [Update]
As we near the time of ending our season of living in Allendale, we reflect on our time with gratitude.
We are thankful for so many people from Allendale — those who welcomed us with love three years ago, those who have become our friends, and those whom we have been able to serve alongside.
And we are thankful for so many people from other places who have supported us through prayers and financial donations. I look back with amazement about the amount of money that dozens of people have donated. In giving to our family, you have allowed us to partner with you in God’s work in Allendale.
When we moved here, I had a part-time job (with near full-time hours). And whether I had zero or four simultaneous jobs (and anything in-between), we’ve always needed financial support to supplement our income. But we have never been in need, thanks to the generosity of people like you.
As I wrote last December, we will need financial support at least through June or July, and maybe some more for moving expenses.
(We don’t have a final decision of what or where our next step will be, but we are not slowing down yet in Allendale! And if you agree with me that our decision seems to be dragging on, I
promise hope that we will have an answer soon!)
We are not in desperate financial shape, but we still do need your support. If you have been supporting us regularly, please continue to do so. And if you would like to partner with us financially, please go to our Financial Support page to see how.
We trust that God will bless and multiply your generosity — for our family, for families in Allendale, and for yourselves.
